This photo has great composition, utilising the rule of thirds and the contrast between the leaves of the plants below and the leafless trees above. We really loved the expression on the boy’s face while looking up - a symbol of hope in times like these!

There's something beautiful in the peaceful simplicity of this photo showing a mouse wintering inside an old unused barbeque grill. We like the diagonal symmetry and colour contrast between the dark grey metal and the brown leaves that the mouse is so perfectly camouflaged against, with its eye as the focal point in the photo.

Great use of a slow shutter speed to capture the movement and grace of the water. The waterfall's beauty is also accentuated by the color contrast provided by the lush greenery of the forest. Nature provides a moment of calm for many of us, and overall, we think this photo really captures that.

This photo ticks so many boxes - the rule of thirds, contrast, stunning golden light and silhouettes. If you look closely, you can even see the "goatee" of hair under the bisons' chins! This shot really paints the beauty of the natural world in a majestic light - pun intended 😉
